I have download the binaries in this link: http://launchpad.net/xibo/1.3/1.3.0/+download/libavg-berkelium-vdpau-1.6.0.tar.gz,
then i was unpack the binary distribution. But it contains only libavg and berkelium . i need to know where the libbrowsernode is located.

The libraries are in that binary tarball. The actual plugin is in the bzr repository and is downloaded when you pull down the client itself.

If you just follow the instructions to the letter it should work assuming you have appropriate hardware.
