what are the requirements are needed for creating new python client?

i have xibo python client but i need to update something in python client.For that reason i want to know the requirements and steps to install python in ubuntu 10.04 LTS...

Have you had a look at the install documentation?!

Both are still in Alpha, and not recommended for production use.
