Registering license for the first time for the client

Hi,

Looks a good bit of kit, but not my usual thing, so struggling a little on the license registry - getting "Display is awaiting licensing approval from an Administrator"

Have changed default machine name, checked Proxy settings (with and without) and server key is correct - Is there something for the server Admins to do, to make this happen? What else could stop/block this process?
