region on client error

I can make a region 800x600 and it will show. when i add text or embed code it appears withing area including area of "colored snow overlay" it would be best if i upload a pic : http://pitans.mooo.com/sites/xibo%20colored%20snow.bmp

i dont even know how to describe it. if you ask a question i will answer it to the best of my ability.

It sounds like you're using the Windows client with a PNG or GIF background image. Only JPEGs are supported on the Windows client. Please see the release notes where this issue is described.

You'll need to replace the background image, allow the client to update with the new background and then restart it to clear the problem.
