Click on Add Layout Fails

Just installed Biela (1.2.2). Installed Xampp 1.7.1 first and started Apache and Mysql with no issue. Then I login into Xibo server (http://localhost/xibo/index.php?p=index) which shows Dashboard. Then I click on Layouts which takes me to next screen (http://localhost/xibo/index.php?p=layout&). But when I click on Add Layouts, I get "Object Not Found" (http://localhost/xibo/install.php).

I do not know what is missing. Can you guide please? I followed instructions on (http://wiki.xibo.org.uk/wiki/Install_Guide_Xibo_Server).

Are you using IE9? There is a known problem with IE9 and some of the forms in Xibo

Yes I am using IE9. Using Firefox solves the problem. I found this out after some more looking around. It will be very good if you include this in your excellent online instructions for installing Xibo Server. It all went well until I hit the IE9 issue....
