Captions (Adding a Title or Caption to a Region)

All,

Came across another desired capability. Has anyone thought about captions or titles for Regions? I know I can set up some service side things in this vein via a WebPage, but I have control over the services. This would be harder if I didn't.

I'm just looking to add text Title or Captions to regions occasionally.

The only way to do this at the moment is to use another region to position some text on the layout in the desired location.
