Why wouldn't the Python client support PowerPoint?

It doesn't support PowerPoint because we have no way to embed an engine that can play PowerPoint in to libavg which is the engine the player runs in.

The easiest way is to export your PowerPoint files as videos using Office 2010 or one of the commercial convertor applications and load those videos in to Xibo instead.

Great answer to a question I had in not being able to use the python client for the ticket counter. I had to stay with the MS client for PowerPoint reasons. Now I don't have to.
