Windows 7 Login

Asked by John C

I have my Xibo server on a Windows XP Home pc. When I log into Xibo remotely from a Windows 7 pc, nothing appears under any of the menu items. I can successfully login and see the dashboard, but when I click on, for example, layouts or users, nothing is there. I have logged in with my Ubuntu laptop and am able to see and administer everything.

Please help.

Thanks,
John

Does the Windows 7 PC have IE9 installed on it?

Yes, I have logged in with 2 different Windows 7 pc's. Both have IE9 installed and both will only let me see the dashboard. Last night I also tried a Windows XP machine from the same location and it had no problems. So my issue is with the Windows 7 machines.

Nope. Your issue is with IE9.

It doesn't work with Xibo at the moment. It'll be addressed somewhere through the 1.3 series of Development Previews and the first stable version of Xibo that works with IE9 will be 1.4.0
