what the use of libavg-berkelium-vdpau-1.6.0

Hi Expert,

What is the use of libavg-berkelium-vdpau-1.6.0 if we download this, currently we have xibo-server-1.2.2.1 and xibo-1.2.0-ubuntu.all-pyclient, is this the update of libavg? how can we use this?
