activate offline mode when internet connection disconnect

The client will continue to run normally without an internet
connection. It will play content that it's already cached from the
server and schedules. Assuming you've not altered the defaults, the
client knows about the next 48 hours of content it needs to play.

If you can't fix the internet connection in that time, then you'll
need to stop the client and follow the instructions for configuring it
for USB update - but that's only applicable to the Python client. The
windows client needs a connection to the server to update.
