New installation

I just installed version 1.2.2.1 on a new server. No problems the the DB or statup dashboard but when I try to add a users, layout etc. I get the message below. I think I did the install complete. Can you help?

Not Found
The requested URL /install.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Have you had any issues with IE9. That seems to be the problem. It wokrd on IE8 and Fire Fox. Thanks for your help. One last question. I set up a client and the default page comes on for 1 second than switches back to the Xibo page. Any ideas?
