problem running xibo client in a reduced window

Hi there,

i m facing a little problem:
the client runs in a small window on the computer and each time a powerpoint loads, the person on the pc who is writing a word document (for example) needs to return to his document as xibo focuses on the powerpoint.

This is not a big problem but the users are angry and don't want the "disturbing" xibo client anymore on their pc
wow, i hope i ve made myself understood because my english is poor.

Xibo is designed to be run on a dedicated PC.

What's happening is PowerPoint is grabbing focus. As we don't have control
over PowerPoint (it's written by Microsoft) I don't think we can ever fix
that.

Well, for example, the guy is writing a document, and suddenly (when the powerpoint loads) he can t write anymore: he has to go back to the app he is using for writting the document to continue his work.
Each time a powerpoint loads, he has to go click onto the window of "Word" to be able to write again.

Yes. Because PowerPoint steals focus. And as PowerPoint is written by
Microsoft we can't fix that.

Also, as I sais before, Xibo is designed to be run on a dedicated machine.
