How to increase text scroll speed

Hi,

I have the code for server and client 1.2. Can u guys point out where is the code (client or server) to tweak the text scrolling speed. I have setup the text scrolling speed to the lowest i.e. 1 but it is not fast enough for me.

I have gone through this post and with some php and .net knowledge I should be able to tackle it.

There is already an adjustment you can set for each client within the
standard Client Options - it is called Scroll Step amount. The default
is 1, adjust it up for faster scrolling.
