'Scale Percentage' of webpage does not work

Asked by Phuthasone SANAVONGSAY

Hi there,

In xibo 1.2.0, 'Scale Percentage' option for webpage are added compared to 1.0.4.
Does it mean zoom percentage of web page? I test it for 20%, 100%, and 200% but
xibo client displayed the same size.

Thanks.

It's only implemented in the python client. This is described in the release notes.

After 4 years, are there any news about scale percentage? It seems that does not work

It has been working, then broken, then working, then broken - its almost impossible to get it working across the different browser platforms Xibo uses in its clients.

There is a bug in 1.6.4 which will be fixed soon and it should work in 1.7.0-beta.

Thanks,
Dan

I am using 1.4.2. Is the bug present in this version or maybe I am using it in the wrong way? Must be represented as percentage or as a decimal value. For example must it be 20 or 0.2 for 20%?

Bye and thanks.

It is represented as a percentage, i.e. 20%

1.4.2 is an old version of the application that has been superseded by 1.6 series - if you could upgrade we'd be on a level playing field and we may be able to debug/patch your installation if you still have issues.
