Broadcasting summary going away in 1.2?

I have installed from scratch 1.2 rc. Seems to be working fine - xampp and windows client.

I noticed on the schedule window - the "broadcasting" icon is gone - this seemed like it would be very useful.

Is this somewhere else maybe or are you getting rid of it?

As far as I know it's going.

It's a hangover from a version of Xibo that was never publicly released where the server generated the screen content and the clients were essentially dumb web browsers. In that scenario, it could show you exactly what was showing on each screen. In 1.0.6, all it shows you is what's scheduled for today on the screens - which is exactly what you get when you hover on a +more button on the new scheduler.

If there's some scenario we've not thought of where it's hugely useful then let us know and we'll consider it. I use Xibo every day at work and can't remember the last time I looked at the Broadcasting dialogue.

I thought is would show what is actually playing on the player at that point in time.
We will have these spread out all over the place so it would useful but not critical.

The server can't know that information with the architecture xibo uses.
