php.ini-reccomanded

is the php.ini-reccomended the same of php.ini?

I'm installing a version of xibo server oboard a remote server, in the php directory ( i need to ghange the file size upload values)
i don't find the same file i often see in the php ( i always change the values in the php.ini file)
bu i see these two files: php.ini-reccomended and php.ini-dist
someone know wich is the right file to chaNGE??

You need to ask on the appropriate distributors forums. I expect you need to copy it to php.ini and then edit it.
