all displays online and current, but error log growing

Hello Alex !
It's me again.

My devices are all online, current, and connected to functional ethernet ports.

Let me know if you have any ideas for why my error log is filling up with these :

now I cannot get into the MySQL Admin portion of XAMPP.
I see this in its place :

phpMyAdmin - Error
Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.

Those errors are all completely normal.

The first comes from the nuSOAP library - and is to be expected. The second comes because you're running PHP 5.3 (we recommend in the install guide running on 5.2.9 for this reason).

I suggest you find a PHPMyAdmin forum to discuss your problem with PHPMyAdmin. It's not produced or distributed by this project.
