Unstable text editor

Both on server 1.06 and 1.1.0, whenever I adjust the text too frequently in one session, the text editor becomes unstable, mostly affecting the text-size option. Whenever this happens, text-size actually reverses: when I chose a smaller text-size the text becomes larger, and vice versa. Happens in both IE7 and Firefox. Only deleting the line of text that I am working on, and retyping it, seems to help. However, it remains somewhat annoying. Is this a server/text editor problem?

It's probably a problem with FCKEditor which is the editor we embed.

Generally it's best to highlight everything in the text item and use the eraser icon to remove all formatting - that will generally get things working as expected again.
