Will you improve your program and add new features? In particular, budgeting, blocking the program with a password, and print reports?

If you have your preferred languages set in Launchpad, it should offer Russian for translation; if not visit https://translations.launchpad.net/+editmylanguages and set it. Let me know if you have any troubles.

As far as new features go, those are tracked at https://blueprints.launchpad.net/wxbanker . I think there is one there for each of the three issues you mentioned, so feel free to subscribe to them and comment on their whiteboards.
