Installing the Ubuntu CD using Wubi download

Wubi, an unofficial Ubuntu installer for Windows, has been downloaded from CNET.
Also, I have the Ubuntu CD.
Does the Wubi software allow installation from the Ubuntu CD (instead of downloading the Ubuntu software)?
Please furnish detailed instructions on how to use Wubi with the Ubuntu CD.

Iam using xp sp2 n already dload the wubi test3 n ubuntu 7.04 .but Iam not very clear for installation of this program,can you please make me clear for this matter.thanks.

Download the ALTERNATE iso, put the iso in the same folder where you have the wubi executable and run wubi.
