Right now Wubi always installs the 32-bit version of Ubuntu (i.e. for the i386 architecture). It will be possible to install the 64-bit version of Ubuntu in the future. We will probably make two separate builds for the two architectures. So if you have installed Wubi you are in fact running Ubuntu 7.04 for i386 and so you will need to install software for that architecture. If you use Ubuntu's package manager (apt-get) it will select the right architecture automatically for you.

Any updates? I want 64 bit or I want my money back.

Another question: So I can install any 32 bit build through Wubi, but not a 64 bit one?
