problem with ubuntu 9.04

I installed ubuntu 9.04 using Wubi on vista (intel core 2 duo)

while running Wubi i specified "--32bit" and Wubi download "ubuntu-9.04-desktop-i386.iso"

installation was completed without any error

after rebooting and selecting Ubuntu from windows boot manager it show GRUB

from grub i seleect "normal mode" after that it left me to shell (initframps)

I also tried installing Wubi 8.04.exe and kept ubuntu-8.04.2-alternate-i386.iso in same folder
when i run wubi 8.04 it does not detect local image ....and when it tries to download image
it stops and displays "downloading interrupted with an error"
