Wubi will detect the locale and if available in the software (see the translations section) will use the appropriate translation. The installation locale will depend on the language selected in the wizard.

Gujarati Language (India/Asia) is not currently support with existing Wubi installer,
So If I want to customize wubi for Gujarati Local, from where I should start?

As mentioned there are 2 different tasks: 1) displaying the wubi interface in a given language, 2) installing Ubuntu with the selected locale.

In particular, for #1: a translation needs to be available in rosetta, Windows needs to have a registry key that identify that locale, and the language must be in the mapping file containing the list of languages (see wubi source code).

Can you help with this problem?
