You said "re-installed" so I assume the re-insatllation went well.

Try this tool from a live CD / USB of Ubuntu. Boor from the Live and apply two commands in terminal and click on [Recommended Repair]. See here => https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Boot-Repair#A2nd_option_:_install_Boot-Repair_in_Ubuntu

Thanks

Of course it helps , you should reported that from the start. Wubi installer is a different project , is not a regular installation but a virtual install ( at least in virtual disk) and I'm not familiar with it.

The only suggestion is to uninstall and install again , even better if you follow a regular install - dual boot - and not Wubi.

Thanks

The messages: "Try (hd0,0): NTFS: No wubildr" is not an error, but rather a verbose message. If it's booting, then you don't have to worry about it. If it's not booting, you need to provide more information to explain what happens.

Can you help with this problem?
