Windows Installer

I don't have a cd burner nor do I have a usb stick. I want to install Ubuntu with the windows installer. My problem is: When using the windows installer, it doesn't give me a choice between 64 bit and 32 bit. I want to use the 64 bit but it keeps installing the 32 bit. How do I choose the 64 bit ubuntu using the windows installer?
