Windows Installer Error

When i am trying to install Ubuntu with windows installer,in the end it is showing some temp file error & installation failed
Now if am trying to log in to windows also it is hanging
I have tried 3 times same issue is rising,what is the solution for that

I have Windows 7 32-bit OS
I 2nd Gen processor
Drive size is 40GB

How are you initiating the install?
Did you make an install media or did you create an install media (CD / USB)?
Did you MD5 test the ISO?

no installation media,i dont know about MD5 test
