ubuntu and windows 32 version

Asked by Raul Monda

Hi,

I want to install Ubuntu under Windows, but every time wubi.exe is installing a 64 version. Is there any possibility to install a 32 version?
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Raul M.

Grab the 32bit ISO and MD5 test it, put it in the same folder as wubi and then run wubi, it should use the ISO.

Hi Raul,

My name is Alan,

I tried to install Ubuntu Desktop 10 onto my dad's computer and encounted some problems.

Which version of Microsoft Windows are you using?

If Microsoft Windows XP you need to download an installation program and another product from the Ubuntu Website.

I hope this helps, if not please feel free to respond to me.

I may know of another solution.

Kind Regards

Alan
