Wubi error during 11.10 installation "error executing command"
I am trying to install wubi/ubuntu 11.10 into windows but i always get an "error executing command" error. I tried it with the "wubi.exe" file on ubuntu.com and also through a burned dvd from the .iso file off the site.
The error occurs at the end of the install.
In my settings, I have tried it on both of the partitions on my hard drive (the windows partition [C:], and the partition for my documents). I set the size to about 20GB and have tried installing Ubuntu, Kubuntu, and Xubuntu from the "wubi.exe" file with the same results. Every time it fails, the next time I try it tells me to uninstall first so I uninstall then install again. I have also tried restarting and downloading more "wubi.exe" files in case the download corrupted it but I still get the error.
I took a screenshot of the error and uploaded it to tinypic

On a side note, I tried installing Kubuntu from boot earlier and when it was at the partition page it automatically selects the whole hard drive to format. I chose "manual" to fix that but the unallocated space on my HDD says "unusable space" in the Kubutu partition manager. I couldn't get beyond that screen since I do not want to get rid of my windows install.
Thank you so much for your help.
