Wubi

busybox v1.18.4 ubuntu startup

I installed ubuntu 11.10 from wubi, but when I reboot to finish installation, it shows a black screen (looks like the terminal) after it shuts down and starts up again. Then it says

'BusyBox v1.18.4 (Ubuntu 1:1.18.4-2ubuntu2) built-in shell (ash) Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.'

'(initramfs)'

I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it again but the same thing happens. Its dual boot and windows 7 works fine.

If anyone can help that would be amazing.

Try running: chkdsk /r from windows.

If that doesn't work please post the logfile from %temp% to http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/ and return the pastebin address here. The log file is wubi-11.10-rev24x.log (x is 1 or 5).
