I have the same error... deleted the file thrice but after installing the whole thing it gives me this error

logical, it says there is already an F:\ubuntu (first error) and also a C:\ubuntu. Somehow these were left behind.
If you don't find them, run chkdsk /r on those drives. If you need more help, please create a new question.

Either works. You can hit the windows key, enter "%temp%" to get to the directory, you can also enter it in Windows explorer address bar. Then look for the file wubi-11.10-rev245.log.
Or you can copy and paste that string in the Notepad file open dialog.

The install is successful, but reports an error. Just reboot and it should boot normally. Review the bug report for more info.

I tried that once, but after reboot the computer was hanged .... then i remove it........

Then you have a separate problem. There's no reason to mess with your E: drive. And even if you do it won't change the actual problem.

For your second problem, you probably have an nvidia or radeon graphics card. These aren't supported out of the box because they have non-free drivers. Please boot with 'nomodeset' and then go to Additional-drivers and install them http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1613132 (post #8 is wubi specific)
