Wubi installation error

When i use the Wubi installer on my Dell B130 laptop running windows XP, i get a error saying
"An error occured
unsubscriptable object"

What do i do to fix this?

I suggest you install daemontools or magicdisk (if you don't already have an app that can mount ISO files). Download the full ubuntu desktop ISO and MD5 test it, Then mount it in the app and run the wubi installer there.

Post the log file (wubi-nn.nn-revnnn.log) from the %temp% directory to http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/ and return with the pastebin address here.
