uninstall ubuntu which was installed inside windows

Hi,
I installed Ubuntu inside Windows Vista and it works fine. I would like to uninstall it and than install clean version. Unfortunately,
I downloaded Wubi on my second HD, which is not my C;/, I can not see/reach my other drive D:/, from Ubuntu. Any way I can revert to Windows so I can get to Control Panel and uninstall Wubi? Is there any other way I can get back to Windows? Is there any other way to uninstall Wubi?
