how to change ubuntu to outside from installed inside the window

I already installed the ubuntu inside the windows... now i want to install outside the window.... without loosing my datas..

For specific instructions, you should specify what version of windows you have, how many partitions you have (e.g. output of "sudo fdisk -l" (that's a lower case -L).
