i have two ubuntus in my computer, one installed side by side with windows, and the other installed inside windows. i want to delete the inside windows ubuntu, but how?

i have two installed ubuntu in my computer. at first i installed sise by side with windows. i somehow erronouly made a command an autoremove that i suspected the cause of the sound of the system setting and booting disfunctional. repairing was not yet found so i installed another ubuntu inside windows and it was successful. i was able to repair the ubuntu the one installed side by side with windows through the the ubuntu secured remix iso. i want to uninstall the ubuntu inside windows, how?
