Wubi can't update due to low space.

Im trying to upgrade my dual Ubuntu/windows7 but the system says there isn't available space to do this. Im Running Windows7 and Ubuntu 10.10. How can I free more space in Ubuntu (as in bigger partition)? I know there is space enough in windows7 for this to work.

You have to use a LiveCD of Ubuntu and use Gparted for resize the Windows partition before and after enlarge the Ubuntu partition.

You can use this or the .iso of Ubuntu.
But wait a moment, how have you installed Ubuntu? From the .iso image beside Windows, or with WUBI in Windows?

I had the installation CD n' ran it from Windows7. So I guess WUBI..

So, if in Windows you can see Ubuntu as a program you have installed it with WUBI.

OMG!!!! TYSM it worked... im all done here mate.. That link worked like a charm.. Even though I really don't get all that wierd stuff you need to type to get things working in Ubuntu... I still need to update my knowledge with Linu* :(
