Can not run or remove Ubuntu 11.04

I had Ubuntu 11.04 installed through windows vista using wubi and everything was great until I had an error come up powering on my computer that the bootmtgr could not be found. I used my windows disk that came with my computer to fix this and can now access windows but it goes straight to windows and I am no longer offered a choice of Ubuntu. In Windows I decided that since my Ubuntu install was fairly new I would just uninstall/re-install but wubi uninstall won't work either. It runs briefly but keeps coming up with an error that it can't find

and shuts down the uninstall process. Can anyone get me back into Ubuntu or at least let me remove it to re-install?
