wubi installer stop during creating virtual disk

I am running wubi on windows xp by making a new 7GB partition for ubuntu 10.04 to be installed.
During creating the virtual disks likely that installer was not responding at almost 70% task were done.
what could cause this problem and how to solve it?

Did you MD5 test the ISO you downloaded?
If you burned a CD, did you burn it as slowly as possible?

Thank you for your reply.
I did do slow CD burning.
I guess the problem was during wubi asking me to select drive space
for ubuntu installation. I did select full size of partition which is
7GB that caused creating virtual disk stop. So I decided not to select
7GB by selecting 5 GB disk space instead. The result is great.
Everything went prefect. Now I can use ubuntu 10.04.
