Unable to defragment wubi 10.04 in xp

Hi,
I'm defragmenting my Windows XP,but my wubi 10.04 file is large and it can't be defragmented. What can I do to defragment it?

just leave it alone. you don't need to defrag your wubi file. if you tried to do it, it will corrupt ubuntu and you won't be able to run it anymore. that's why it's always recommended that you defrag BEFORE installing ubuntu

It's easier to defragment before installing. What I've done is to move the root.disk off the drive, defragment and move it back later. This probably won't work if you have a limited amount of space on your drive as it will become fragmented again when you move it back. I don't think there's a way to force windows to defragment it.
