Ubuntu 11.04 netbook install error

Everytime when i want to instal ubuntu netbook 11.04 with wubi . i will get a error like "cannot download the metalink and therefore the ISO . i have downloaded the ubuntu installer on the ubuntu website . can please someone help me ?

i'm using

HP mini 110-3100
Intel Atom CPU N455

With windows 7 ultimate

Windows 7 can resize it's own NTFS partition and make room so that you can install Ubuntu without Wubi, This will give an OS which is easier to use but will also not be affected by the shortcomings of NTFS (mainly fragmentation). Be sure to MD5 test the ISO you download and if you use a CD or DVD be sure to burn as SLOWLY as possible

There is no netbook edition of Ubuntu 11.04. The option should have been removed from Wubi, but wasn't. The netbook desktop (Unity) is now the default with 11.04, so just choose "Ubuntu" instead.

i have try to instal ubuntu with a usb but its cannot boot from the usb and i do not know how i get into bios settings

Try pressing F11 and F12 at boot and you should get a menu to choose the boot option
