have error when try to open ubuntu not root files defined

I installed Ubuntu inside in windows 7 64 bits but when reboot to go Ubuntu have error
the said "no root file defined please correct this from partitioning menu

First, try to reinstall boot loader: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Grub2#Reinstalling%20from%20LiveCD
