The product is Wubi, not Wibi.

How are you using Wubi? What steps have you taken so far?

Conor, did you adjust any of toughs settings? Where did you get the image from? Was it downloaded by you or shipped from Canonical?

You can avoid this by downloading the Ubuntu CD image yourself as described here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/WubiGuide#How%20do%20I%20install%20Wubi%20on%20a%20machine%20with%20no%20Internet%20connection%3f (this works with or without an internet connection and is generally the most reliable method)

Note that the version of wubi.exe at http://releases.ubuntu.com/lucid/ is incorrect and will not work. If you wish to install release 10.04 you can burn the image to CD and install from there, or you can use the version from here http://people.canonical.com/~evand/wubi/lucid/wubi-r191.exe

Can you help with this problem?
