iso reading error while installing with wubi installer

While installing ubuntu 10.10 with wubi installer Error comes that Iso reading. Setup doesn't continue & stops.I have download the image file of ubuntu 10.10 twise thinking that one file may be corrupt but still it's problem. I just wanna install it using wubi installer.

 I am getting burned the iso to a cd and when i proceed with the installation,i get an error

Did you md5sum the downloads? That is the best way to ensure you have a good iso, and do not waste your time with a bad one.

Are you getting the error during the windows install, or after rebooting for the 2nd install phase (Ubuntu install).

If it's in Windows, then please copy the log file (in the %temp% folder - called wubi-10.10-rev197.log) to http://pastebin.ubuntu.com and post back here what the address is.

If you are getting errors during the Ubuntu install part, that's usually a problem with some raid setups (or if there's raid metadata but no raid).

While Installing version ubuntu 9.04 wubi.exe runs & completes the setup, but after rebooting pc when I select Ubuntu from menu. It starts for some minutes & stops.

Download the .iso and wubi.exe into the same folder and run wubi from there. There appears to be some issue with your CD and/or optical drive.

I'd recommend checking the CD anyway - try booting from it, press the spacebar when you see the little keyboard icon appear bottom centre, and select language, then Check disk for errors. It's a good idea to have a bootable Ubuntu CD for emergencies.
