Custom wubi: same distro, different versions

I'm customizing wubi for my own distro, which comes under 3 versions (small, full, ultimate). The difference between versions is just the installed packages.
It seems I can't add the different versions in the isolist.ini file, because the "name" setting should match the .disk/info data, but in my case it's the same for all versions. Am I right?
Is there a workaround?

If you have different .iso files for each version, then the .disk/info should be different for each as well.
