Can not boot after upgrade from 10.04 to 10.10

As stated above I have upgraded Ubuntu 10.04 LTS to Ubuntu 10.10 version in a Windows environment (i. e.using Ubuntu as a application in Windows), after finishing upgrade Ubuntu asks for restart but Ubuntu is failed to boot.

(hd0,0): NTFS5: No wubildr
(hd0,1): NTFS5: No wubildr
(hd0,2): NTFS5: (here, reboot pc)
