Boot into Ubuntu. Open a terminal and type sudo update-grub.

Curious, did you upgrade Vista to 7, or do a clean 7 install. I only ask because this seems to happen to people who upgrade from Vista to 7 and load Ubuntu. Grub tends to find 7's MBR and the remnants of Vista's, which is why you see both.

Did you install Ubuntu side by side with Windows (two separate partitions) or inside a Windows partition (Wubi) ?

You most likely pressed the SKIP button while Ubuntu was being installed. This is a known bug which prevents the lupin package being installed - and lupin is required to recognise and boot a wubi install.

So, you have to rerun the wubi installation completely.

Can you help with this problem?
