Installing Ubuntu with Wubi

I have Windows XP Home Edition and wanted to install Ubuntu with it. I used Wubi to do the download Once it was downloaded and I tried to install Ubuntu the first screen comes up saying do disk in drive. I pressed continue and a new screen comes up with,
Exception Processing Message c0000013parameters 75b6bf7c4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c then the screen freezes with this on it how do I get around this?

Unplug all peripheral devices you don't need e.g. phones, multimedia card readers etc.

Does this screen freeze or does it keep repeating the error? Apparently if you just keep clicking Continue it will still work (just a pain to do this). Alternatively look in the wubi-10.10-r197.log file in the %temp% folder and see if it shows you the cause of the problem or put it on http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/ and I'll take a look.
