Error message

When I try to install the Ubuntu windows installer i get this error message:

Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c

I am given the following button options: cancel, try again, and continue. But none of them seem to respond.

Please help!
