"Also someone told me that My Systems B.I.O.S can also crash if i gave too much load on it" : No!
To remove windows, best is to boot on Ubuntu CD, and choose "Try without install", and then System->Administration->Gparted.
Then remove your Windows partition.
After extend partition which contains "/home".
And reboot.
If reboot fails with a UUID error, follow:
  https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Grub2#Reinstalling%20from%20LiveCD
to reinstall Grub with new disk UUID.

There is no way your BIOS will crash. That is nonsense.

When you say "without deleting any files", which files are you talking about? Your windoze files? Your personal files like word documents, graphics, etc?

Split your windows partition using the win7 disk manager. Boot ubuntu and install and run gparted. Create a new extended partition with the free space. Create two logicals, one ext4 for Ubuntu, one for swap.
Follow this guide to migrate the Wubi install: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1519354

Then copy all remaining data from the windows partition to the Ubuntu one. Then reuse the windows partition(s) as you see fit.

The riskiest part is probably shrinking your disk, but any time you play with partitions there is some risk and I advise backing up all data (even though you said you can't). You might have an issue if you already have used four primary partitions. In that case, you cannot create a new extended partition unless you delete another primary first.

Be careful if you remove a partition with XP as win7 usually installs it's boot files on the earlier windows versions partition (when you multi-boot different windows OSes).

PS if you don't have any important data in your 10.10 install, skip the part of migrating wubi and just install fresh on your new partition.

Can you help with this problem?
