Installing Ubuntu 10.04 in Window 7 home premium

I am trying to install Ubuntu 10.04 from CD using Wu-Bi in Window 7 Home Premium but I am getting the error " Permission Denied".
I have already install Ubuntu 10.04 in Window XP and runing fine but I do'nt know what the issue with Window 7 Home Premium?,

Hello Zimran. I am new to Linux or Ubuntu. But I had to create a password when I installed Ubuntu, and you have to be logged in as Administrator in Windows if you are going to get it done.
