windows installer tries to install wrong version

using windows installer to install dual boot ubuntu onto my 32 bit vista system, it shows it downloads and tries to install amd64 version automatically, no where does it give me a choice, it of course ends up with an error after 3 hours of torrenting/downloading. how fix?

Download and MD5 test the 32bit ISO, mount it using magicdisk and run wubi from that.
